Tell us about your role as Chief of People Operations.

I oversee 12 senior HR leaders across our top-performing regions and lead workforce planning for the Americas division.

Before VerifyToday, what was your WOTC experience, if any?

We had another provider in the past, but the experience was cumbersome. My teams were constantly receiving requests for updated screening forms and payroll information. I can’t recall exactly how many employees were certified at that time — maybe a few hundred.

We considered bringing this in-house. Our challenge wasn’t collecting the data from new hires; it was was calculating the credits at scale.

In 2024, your team generated nearly $1M in WOTC credits. What stands out most about this? Anything you would tell other HR leaders evaluating WOTC providers?

Our Finance and Accounting teams were in the middle of 2024 tax preparation when we signed with VerifyToday.
