The FCRA requires that end-users make the following certifications to VerifyToday. If you are a designated third party requesting information on behalf of another organization, you acknowledge that agreements and/or contracts between your company and end-user(s) contain such certifications, and that you are certifying to VerifyToday on behalf of your end-user(s).

Not use the information in the report in violation of any federal or state equal opportunity laws.
