The information provided by VerifyToday may be deemed a consumer report. As such, the procurement and use of such information is regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The FCRA requires that end-users make the following certifications to VerifyToday. If you are a designated third party requesting information on behalf of another organization, you acknowledge that agreements and/or contracts between your company and end-user(s) contain such certifications, and that you are certifying to VerifyToday on behalf of your end-user(s).

Obtain written authorization from the applicant/employee before procuring a report.
Not use the information in the report in violation of any federal or state equal opportunity laws.

Follow adverse action procedures if a negative action is considered against the consumer.
